Welcome to EconLeader (econleader.vip). These terms govern your access to and use of our services, info products, and goods. By using our site and offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

EconLeader provides economic leadership mindset training sessions delivered online or in person. Scheduling and content are described on our site.

1.1 Scheduling and Modification

Clients may request session modifications at least 7 days before the original date. EconLeader will confirm availability and schedule changes accordingly.

1.2 Cancellation and Refund

If cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to a scheduled session, the full fee will be refunded. Cancellations within 14 days are not eligible for refund due to preparation requirements. Clients may transfer a session to another date subject to availability.

2. Info Products

Info products include digital courses, guides, and materials accessible immediately upon purchase.

2.1 Access and Usage

Upon purchase, clients receive access credentials. Content is available for personal use only and may not be shared.

2.2 Refund Policy

EconLeader offers a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase provided less than 10 percent of content has been accessed. To request a refund, contact our support team via our contact form and provide your purchase details.

3. Goods

Goods include physical items such as workbooks and merchandise.

3.1 Shipment

Items are shipped within 5 business days to the address provided at checkout. Shipping details are sent by email.

3.2 Shipping Back and Refund

Clients may ship items back unused within 30 days of delivery. Shipping back costs are borne by the client. Upon receipt and inspection, EconLeader will issue a refund for the product fee within 14 days.

4. Extended Refund Details

EconLeader is committed to clear refund processes for each offering:

• Services: Full fee refund if canceled 14 days prior; no refund within 14 days; sessions may be transferred once at no cost.
• Info Products: Refund available within 7 days with less than 10 percent of content accessed; no refund afterward.
• Goods: Eligible if shipped back unused within 30 days; fee refunded after inspection; shipping back cost by client.

5. Payment

All fees are due before provision of services or shipment of goods. EconLeader accepts major credit cards and bank transfers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, EconLeader and its affiliates are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our offerings.
